We strive to customize and deliver best in class products as fast as we can. We stock several common items for a quick turnaround. We also have several suppliers with warehouses locally and across the country. If we don't have it on the shelf, we can get it pretty quickly. In general, planning ahead is always better, so here are a few things to keep in mind when ordering from us:

Most products we offer can be customized and available for pickup, delivery, or shipment within 5-7 days of receipt of your order and artwork proof approval.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for production and shipping for products ordered from our catalogs and flipbooks.

Please allow 4-5 weeks for production and shipping for all Custom Spin Cast and Die Cast medals as well as their accompanying Ribbons. 

We know not everyone has time to plan. We can do our best to accommodate last minute orders for an additional rush charge. Please call for quote and we will do our best to help you meet your deadline.
