Ordering & Customization

Q: How do I submit my logo for an acrylic award or plaque?

A: You can upload your logo directly on the product page or email it to sam@dodestrophies.com after ordering. We prefer high-resolution vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF) to ensure the crispest engraving on your awards.

Q: Is there an extra charge for custom engraving?

A: No, we provide unlimited text and logo engraving on all our acrylics, plaques, and trophies when usable vector art is provided. Some complex logo recreations may incur a small one-time setup fee, which we will confirm before production.

Q: Can I see a proof before my award is made?

A: Yes. We provide a digital art proof for every custom order. Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved the design to ensure 100% accuracy. Proofs include 2 revisions. If more revisions are needed additional artwork setup charges will be confirmed before production.

Q: What happens if there is a spelling error?

A: You'll have the opportunity to view and approve a proof before production. If the error is on our end, we will replace the plate or award at no cost. We take no responsibility for errors after proof approval. We will work with you on replacement costs in the event that there is an error after proof approval.

Production & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to produce custom acrylic awards?

A: Our standard production time is 5-7 business days after proof approval. For a detailed breakdown of current lead times and rush options, please visit our Production Times page.

Q: What happens if my award arrives damaged?

A: We do our best to package and handle the items with care, however, if an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will ship work with you and the carrier on replacement options.

Engraving

Q: What materials can you engrave on?

A: We laser engrave with C02 and Fiber Laser engravers that allow us to engrave on a variety of metals, including copper, brass, stainless steel, and anodized aluminum.

We also engrave on a variety of plastics, woods, glass, acrylic, and ceramic. Please call ahead with your specific material and the size and shape

Q: Do you engrave tumblers?

A: We sell and engrave on all kinds of popular powder coated tumblers. For a list of what we offer in house, check out our polar camel drinkware collection.

Q: Can I bring in my own Tumbler to be engraved?

A: We can engrave your tumbler. Please call ahead to share your model so we can confirm. Individual tumblers are $20 per piece with bulk engraving pricing available upon request.

Q: Do you engrave jewelry?

A: Although one of our machines can engrave jewelry, it is not our specialty and we generally recommend using a jeweler for rings and watches.

Q: Do you engrave knives?

A: Yes we engrave on knives. Please call ahead to discuss the engraving location and options based on the material. We can engrave on wooden handles and directly on the blades.
